Damaged-On-Arrival Policy

In order to process your claim swiftly, we may ask for photographs showing the damage and a brief description of the issue. Upon validation, we will arrange an appropriate remedy as soon as possible.
Refunds & Replacements

- Refund: If a replacement is not suitable, or if you prefer, we can issue a refund for the affected product. Refunds are processed using the original payment method and usually completed within 3-5 working days.
Kindly note that requests falling outside our 5-day freshness window or not in line with our damaged-on-arrival policy may not qualify for a refund or replacement, except of course in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
